School Visit
Many schools have held highly successful Alfred Kropp author visits. We are kicking off a contest in which you can win a visit for your school. Rick Yancey will spend the day at your school talking about his books, signing books and speaking about writing and motivation.
How do you enter? You must have your school's media specialist and/or administrator contact us at contests@rickyancey.com and tell us why they would like to have a visit, how they would promote it and how they would plan to set up the day. A winning school will be selected from all the entries and will be announced on September 26, 2008. The winning school will receive signed copies of all three Alfred books for their library, a visit to their school by the author (free of cost). The author will spend the day at the winning school, meeting with students and teachers.
The contest begins on Tuesday, July 1, 2008. All entries must be received via e-mail no later than noon on September 24, 2008.
